About the book
Can we all win? This is one of the many questions that this book is out to answer.
Till We All Win is a book that is centred on how we all can develop a mindset that sees beyond self-actualization. The author, through his stories shares some insights on how looking beyond self-win can indeed result in an overwhelming win for everyone. The book is divided into twelve themes that are structured to give HOPE to the reader by encouraging them to keep daring against all odds. The book describes in detail how the Nigerian born in a remote town in Cameroon, despite his background, made it to become a research scientist in one of the top companies in the world. The book clearly demonstrates that while we might not be able to choose our origin, our predisposition, our background, together with all the limitations that seem to come with them, we can choose to look on the brighter side with a positive attitude, and this is what will differentiate us from the rest. The book also teaches process over results and direction over speed, thereby allowing the reader to appreciate every small win. Finally, the book perfectly positions the reader to keep being a work in progress, looking beyond self-actualisation through making a conscious effort to lift others as they arise. The book concludes by admonishing the reader to remember this, … “till we all win, no one has truly won.”
